ทีเอ็มบีแต่งตั้งนางประภาศิริ โฆษิตธนากร ซึ่งเป็นนักการเงินมืออาชีพให้ดำรงตำแหน่งประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารด้านการเงิน โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2561
นายปิติ ตัณฑเกษม ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร ทีเอ็มบี กล่าวถึงการแต่งตั้งประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารด้านการเงินคนใหม่ของธนาคารว่า “ผมเชื่อมั่นว่า ด้วยความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการเป็นที่ปรึกษาด้านบัญชี การเงิน ธุรกิจ กฎหมายภาษีและทรัพยากรบุคคลตลอด 30 ปีที่ผ่านมา คุณประภาศิริจะเป็นผู้ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการร่วมผลักดันให้การดำเนินงานตามแผนกลยุทธ์ของธนาคารบรรลุเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ และจะมีส่วนช่วยในการบริหารทรัพยากรและบุคลากรของธนาคารให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล คุณประภาศิริจะทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับผู้มีส่วนร่วมทุกฝ่าย เพื่อให้ทีเอ็มบีตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าได้อย่างตรงจุด มีประสิทธิภาพสูงขึ้น เพื่อยกระดับผลการดำเนินงานให้เติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง”
ก่อนหน้าที่จะเข้ามาร่วมงานกับทีเอ็มบี นางประภาศิริดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นหุ้นส่วน (Partner) ของบริษัทที่ปรึกษากฎหมายและภาษีอากร ไพร้ซวอเตอร์เฮาส์คูเปอร์ส จำกัด ในประเทศไทย (PwC) ตลอดระยะเวลา 20 ปีในฐานะผู้บริหาร PwC นางประภาศิริมีบทบาทในการเป็นที่ปรึกษาเพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงวิธีการจัดเก็บภาษีของธุรกิจสถาบันการเงินหลายโครงการ โดยหลายโครงการได้รับการสนับสนุนจากองค์กรทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เช่น สมาคมธนาคารต่างประเทศ ธนาคารเพื่อการพัฒนาแห่งเอเชีย (The Asian Development Bank) สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ เรื่องการปรับโครงสร้างหนี้ swap payment, credit card, asset management company และ securitization เป็นต้น รวมทั้งการเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับบริษัทข้ามชาติในการเข้ามาลงทุนในประเทศไทยและบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ที่ไปลงทุนในต่างประเทศ
นอกจากนี้ นางประภาศิริยังเป็นผู้บริหารธุรกิจด้านการให้คำปรึกษาด้านภาษีของชาวต่างชาติที่เข้ามาปฏิบัติงานในประเทศไทย, เวียดนาม, ลาว, กัมพูชา และเมียนมาร์ ความรับผิดชอบสุดท้าย คือเป็นผู้บริหารธุรกิจการให้บริการด้านโครงสร้างการลงทุน การรับใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจในประเทศ บริการ outsource ด้านการบัญชี การเงินและภาษีอากร เพื่อลูกค้าธุรกิจอีกด้วย นางประภาศิริรักที่จะทำงานบริหาร
ทรัพยากรบุคคล เธอเป็น Human Capital Partner ของ PwC TAX มากว่า 15 ปี เธอยังเป็นผู้ที่รักการสอนและการฝึกอบรมทั้งในด้าน soft skills และ technical skills
นางประภาศิริยังเคยดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นกรรมการผู้จัดการบริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุนรวมบัวหลวง จำกัด, กรรมการผู้จัดการบริษัทไอเอฟซีที แอดไวซอรี่ จำกัด, ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการด้านวาณิชธนกิจ บรรษัทเงินทุนอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (IFCT), ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการบรรษัทธนกิจ บริษัท มอร์แกน เกรนเฟลล์ (ไทย) จำกัด, นักวิเคราะห์อาวุโส บริษัท แอ๊บบอต ลาบอแรตอรีส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด, ผู้สอบบัญชีอาวุโส บริษัท ไพร้ซวอเตอร์เฮาส์ ส่วนในด้านการศึกษา นางประภาศิริได้รับปริญญาตรีและโทด้านบริหารธุรกิจจากมหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ และมีคุณวุฒิผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาต

TMB appoints Prapasiri Kositthanakorn as CFO
TMB has appointed Mrs. Prapasiri Kositthanakorn as Chief Financial Officer, effective from April 1, 2018.
Mr. Piti Tantakasem, TMB CEO, said, “I am confident that with her knowledge and experience as a consulting professional in the areas of accounting, finance, business, tax laws and human resources in the past three decades, Khun Prapasiri will play a significant role in driving TMB strategies to achieve our visions and missions and will contribute to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Bank’s resources and workforce. Khun Prapasiri will work closely with all the TMB stakeholders to ensure that our Bank consistently meets customer needs and exceeds TMB customer’ expectations in order to grow the Bank’s sustainability.”
Prior to joining TMB, Mrs. Prapasiri was Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal and Tax Consultant in Thailand (PwC). During her two decades of leadership role at PwC, Mrs. Prapasiri was a tax engagement leader supporting financial institutions in correcting tax impediments. Among these projects were the ones sponsored by both the domestic and international organizations such as the Foreign Banks Association (Thailand), The Asian Development Bank, and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Special mentioned projects include debt restructuring, swap payment, credit card, asset management companies, and securitization. She has also advised on a number of MNCs on their investment projects in Thailand and the Thai listed companies on their overseas business expansions.
Mrs. Prapasiri was also in charge of starting tax-related HR consulting for the mobility management of expatriates who relocated to work in Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. Her latest responsibility at PwC was setting up and managing the company’s new service group which provides clients with investment structure advisory, permission to operate business in Thailand, and accounting, financial & routine tax outsourcing service. Mrs. Prapasiri loves her Human Capital Partner role which she took up for over 15 years. She enjoys giving inspiration through training sessions that she teaches both soft and technical skills.
Before joining PwC, Mrs. Prapasiri served as Managing Director of BBL Asset Management, Managing Director of IFCT advisory, Assistant Vice President – Investment Banking of the Industrial Finance Corporation (IFCT), Assistant Vice President – Corporate Finance at Morgan Grenfell (Thai), Analyst at Abbot Laboratories (Thailand) and Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse. Mrs. Prapasiri holds a BBA and an MBA from Assumption University. She is a certified public accountant.
