มานะ จันทนยิ่งยง ประธานกรรมการบริษัท พร้อมคณะกรรมการบริษัท มาสเตอร์ แอด จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ MACO จัดงานประชุมวิสามัญผู้ถือหุ้น ครั้งที่ 1/2562 ณ โรงแรมเจ้าพระยาปาร์ค ซึ่งที่ประชุมมีมติอนุมัติเพิ่มทุนจดทะเบียนของบริษัทฯ ให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นเดิมของบริษัทฯ ตามสัดส่วนการถือหุ้น (Rights Offering) เพื่อการออกและเสนอขายหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนของบริษัทฯ เป็นจำนวน 41.26 ล้านบาท โดยการออกหุ้นสามัญ 412,668,177 หุ้น มูลค่าที่ตราไว้หุ้นละ 0.10 บาท ในอัตราจัดสรร 10 หุ้นสามัญเดิม ต่อ 1 หุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุน โดยเศษของหุ้นให้ปัดทิ้ง ในราคาเสนอขายหุ้นละ 1.60 บาท เพื่อเสริมศักยภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจตามวิสัยทัศน์ของบริษัทฯ

MACO requires to increase of the registered capital, sets Extraordinary General Meeting 1/2019
Mana Jantanayingyong Chairman of the board together with board of directors of Master Ad Public Company Limited or MACO sets Extraordinary General Meeting 1/2019 at Chao Phraya Park hotel. The meeting approves an increase of the registered capital of the company to the existing shareholders of the company according to the shareholding ratio (Rights Offering) in order to the issuance and offering of the newly issued ordinary shares of the company in the amount of 41.26 million baht by issuing 412,668,177 ordinary shares at a par value of 0.10 baht per share, at the rate allocated 10 existing ordinary shares per 1 new ordinary share whereby the fraction of shares shall be disregarded at the offering price of 1.60 baht per share in order to enhance the business potential in accordance with the company's vision.
