เคทีซีผนึกโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา ทุ่งมหาเมฆ และโสตศึกษา นนทบุรี สานต่อโครงการ “เรียนรู้ ต่อยอด ยั่งยืน” ปี 3 เตรียมเยาวชนไทยที่บกพร่องทางการได้ยิน พัฒนาศักยภาพเพื่อการพึ่งพาตนเอง ใช้แนวคิดการแบ่งปันความรู้แบบไตรภาคี สร้างเครือข่ายองค์ความรู้จากรุ่นสู่รุ่น โดยปรับแผนการเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์ผ่านระบบ Zoom ในช่วงสถานการณ์วิกฤตโควิด-19 ด้วยหลักสูตรการสอนที่สอดคล้องกับ 5 กลุ่มอาชีพ ตามยุทธศาสตร์ของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เพื่อสร้างความยั่งยืนในสังคมระยะยาว
นางสุดปรารถนา ดำรงชัยธรรม ผู้อำนวยการ - ทรัพยากรบุคคล “เคทีซี” กล่าวว่า “เนื่องจากสถานการณ์ของไวรัสโควิด-19 ที่แพร่ระบาดในวงกว้างรุนแรงมากขึ้น เคทีซีจึงได้ปรับแผนการเรียนการสอนของโครงการ “เรียนรู้ ต่อยอด ยั่งยืน” ปี 3 ในรูปแบบออนไลน์ และบันทึกวีดิโอผ่านช่องทางของโรงเรียน โดยใช้หลักสูตรและสานต่อแนวคิดการแบ่งปันความรู้จากรุ่นสู่รุ่น (Train the Trainer) โดยวิทยากรภาษามือจากคุณครูและนักเรียนโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา ทุ่งมหาเมฆ ซึ่งเคยเป็นผู้รับในปีทื่ 2 จะเป็นผู้ร่วมส่งต่อความรู้ในปีที่ 3 ให้กับเพื่อนๆ โรงเรียนโสตศึกษา นนทุบรี ซึ่งเป็นโรงเรียนการศึกษาพิเศษ สำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – 6 จำนวน 49 คน”
“ความสำเร็จของโครงการฯ สองครั้งที่ผ่านมา มีนักเรียนและครูที่เข้าร่วมในโครงการรวม 156 คน จากโรงเรียนเศรษฐเสถียร ในพระราชูปถัมภ์ และโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา ทุ่งมหาเมฆ โดยเคทีซีเน้นให้ความสำคัญกับการแบ่งปันความรู้ที่เป็นประโยชน์ให้แก่สังคม โดยเฉพาะการส่งเสริมให้คนในสังคมพัฒนาอาชีพสร้างรายได้เพื่อการเติบโตที่ยั่งยืน ตลอดจนสนับสนุนโอกาสทางการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวชนไทยให้มีคุณภาพอย่างเท่าเทียม”
“โครงการ “เรียนรู้ ต่อยอด ยั่งยืน” ริเริ่มขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2562 ด้วยเชื่อมั่นว่าการบกพร่องทางกายของเยาวชนมิใช่อุปสรรคในการเรียนรู้ หากได้รับโอกาสในการพัฒนาที่เหมาะสม จึงได้นำการเรียนรู้เพาะเห็ด ออร์แกนิค ตามวิถีเกษตรพอเพียง และความรู้ทางการเงิน เข้ามาเป็นหลักสูตรการสอน โดยเน้นการลงมือปฏิบัติและพัฒนาความรู้ไปสร้างอาชีพ ตลอดจนสามารถส่งต่อเครือข่ายองค์ความรู้ให้กับสังคมต่อไป”
นายสมชาย บ้านไร่ ผู้อำนวยการ โรงเรียนโสตศึกษา จังหวัดนนทบุรี กล่าวว่า “โครงการเรียนรู้ ต่อยอด ยั่งยืน” ปี 3 นี้จะเปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน ได้ศึกษาเรียนรู้ในเรื่องการเพาะเห็ด และการทำผลิตภัณฑ์จากเห็ดเต็มรูปแบบ ทั้งการเพาะ การดูแล การแปรรูป การออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์และการจำหน่าย ซึ่งถือว่านักเรียนที่ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการจะสามารถนำความรู้พื้นฐานนี้ไปต่อยอดพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ในวิชาอื่นๆ และประกอบอาชีพต่อไป ขอขอบคุณเคทีซี โรงเรียนโสตทุ่งมหาเมฆ และฟาร์มเห็ดโพธิ์ทอง ที่ให้โอกาสและสนับสนุนนักเรียนได้เข้าร่วมโครงการนี้ ทางโรงเรียนโสตศึกษาจังหวัดนนทบุรีจะพยายามเรียนรู้ สร้างองค์ความรู้ ทักษะการประกอบอาชีพอย่างเต็มกำลังความสามารถ เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้รับประโยชน์สูงสุดจากโครงการนี้”
“นางจุฑารัตน์ เรืองเดช รักษาการผู้อำนวยการ โรงเรียนโสตศึกษา ทุ่งมหาเมฆ กล่าวว่า “ในปีการศึกษา 2563 โรงเรียนได้รับเกียรติจากเคทีซี และโรงเรียนเศรษฐเสถียร ในพระราชูปถัมภ์ ส่งต่อโครงการ “เรียนรู้ ต่อยอด ยั่งยืน ปี 2” ซึ่งนอกจากโรงเรียนจะได้รับโรงเพาะเห็ดที่มีมาตรฐาน และก้อนเชื้อเห็ดที่มีคุณภาพแล้ว สิ่งที่มีคุณค่าและประโยชน์ยิ่งก็คือ การส่งมอบความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และกระบวนการจัดการ จากโรงเรียนเศรษฐเสถียรและเคทีซี รวมถึงฟาร์มเห็ดโพธิ์ทองที่เคทีซีจัดให้นักเรียนไปศึกษาดูงาน เพื่อให้เกิดแรงบันดาลใจ โดยตลอดระยะเวลาที่ร่วมโครงการ นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้กระบวนการทำโรงเพาะเห็ด การบริหารจัดการโครงการ การดูแล-เก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิต การแปรรูปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์และสร้างสรรค์เป็นเมนูอาหารต่างๆ ก่อให้เกิดรายได้ ทั้งยังสร้างให้นักเรียนเป็นผู้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ มีภาวะผู้นำ เป็นประโยชน์โดยตรงแก่นักเรียน ในขณะที่คณะครูผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้ร่วมมือกันจัดประสบการณ์ เพื่อผลักดันให้นักเรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้ จนทำให้ “เห็ด” เป็นอีกหนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ของโรงเรียนที่สร้างรายได้ เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในโรงเรียน และเป็นแนวทางสร้างอาชีพให้แก่นักเรียนได้เป็นอย่างดี และในปีนี้เป็นความยินดียิ่งของโรงเรียนโสตศึกษาทุ่งมหาเมฆ ที่จะได้ส่งต่อโครงการที่มีประโยชน์นี้ให้กับเพื่อนต่างโรงเรียนคือ โรงเรียนโสตศึกษาจังหวัดนนทบุรี และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงการ “เรียนรู้ ต่อยอด ยั่งยืน” ปี 3 จะยั่งยืนส่งต่ออย่างต่อเนื่องไปอีกนานเท่านาน”
นางสาวเนตรนภา ขวัญสุข หนึ่งในทีมวิทยากรนักเรียนโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา ทุ่งมหาเมฆ สื่อสารผ่านล่ามภาษามือถึงประสบการณ์ตอนที่เข้าร่วมเรียนรู้ในโครงการฯ ครั้งที่ 2 ว่า “ตอนที่คุณครูบอกว่า เคทีซีจะมาสร้างโรงเพาะเห็ดให้โรงเรียนของเรา และคุณครูกับเพื่อนๆ หูหนวกจากโรงเรียนเศรษฐเสถียรจะมาเป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้ พวกเรารู้สึกตื่นเต้นและดีใจมาก เพราะพวกเราไม่เคยเห็น ไม่เคยทำโรงเพาะเห็ดมาก่อน โรงเพาะเห็ดที่สร้างสวยงามมาก ติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบพ่นละอองน้ำพร้อมใช้งาน”
“เมื่อฟาร์มเห็ดโพธิ์ทองมาส่งก้อนเชื้อเห็ดรอบแรก เราตกใจมาก ก้อนเชื้อเห็ดมีจำนวนมากถึง 1,800 ก้อน และเพื่อนๆ จากโรงเรียนเศรษฐเสถียร สอนให้เราเปิดปากถุง เรียงก้อนเชื้อเห็ด รดน้ำ จนวันที่เห็ดทั้งโรงพากันออกดอก เราตื่นเต้นมาก ทำไมมากมายขนาดนี้ เก็บขายครั้งละหลายกิโลกรัม เราขายกิโลกรัมละ 100 บาท โดยขายให้โรงครัวของโรงเรียน ชุมชนรอบโรงเรียน ตลาดสวนพลู และให้เป็นของที่ระลึกแก่ผู้มาบริจาค สัปดาห์ต่อๆ มาเรายังได้เรียนรู้การทำอาหารจากเห็ด สนุกและอร่อยมาก ทำบิ๊กบุ๊ค และพี่ๆ จากเคทีซียังมาสอนการทำบัญชีรายรับ-รายจ่าย คำนวณต้นทุน-กำไร รวมถึงออกแบบโลโก้เห็ดให้พวกเราด้วย ขอบพระคุณครูและเพื่อนๆ จากโรงเรียนเศรษฐเสถียร พี่ๆ จากเคทีซี และครูรัตน์จากฟาร์มเห็ดโพธิ์ทองมากค่ะ ที่นำสิ่งดีๆ มาให้พวกเรา และยินดีมากที่ทราบว่าปี 2564 นี้จะได้มีโอกาสนำความรู้และประสบการณ์ของพวกเรา ไปถ่ายทอดให้เพื่อนๆ และน้องๆ ที่โรงเรียนโสตศึกษา จังหวัดนนทบุรี เราจะทำให้ดีที่สุด ขอบคุณเคทีซีที่ให้โอกาส ให้ความรู้และประสบการณ์ดีๆ แก่พวกเรา”

KTC organizes the 3rd year of “Education for Self Empowerment
and Sustainable Growth” project online
to pass on sufficiency farming methods to the hearing impaired.
KTC joins forces with Thungmahamek School for the Deaf and Nonthaburi School for the Deaf to further the 3rd year of “Education for Self Empowerment and Sustainable Growth” project, supporting Thai youth with hearing impairment to develop their potential for self-reliance. KTC and the organizations will achieve this with the tripartite knowledge sharing concept, establish a knowledge network from one generation to the next, adjust online learning plans via Zoom system during the COVID-19 pandemic, and teach courses that go hand in hand with 5 occupational groups according to the strategy of the Ministry of Education to create long-term sustainability in society.
Mrs. Sudpratana Damrongchaitham, Vice President - Human Resources, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, states, “as a result of the situation of the COVID-19 virus that spread more severely, KTC has adjusted the teaching and learning plan of the 3rd year of ‘Education for Self Empowerment and Sustainable Growth’ project to an online format, including video recordings via the school’s channels. By using the curriculum and continuing the idea of sharing knowledge from one generation to the next (Train the Trainer), sign language guest lecturers who are teachers and students of Thungmahamek School for the Deaf, who were also recipients from the 2nd year of the project, will jointly become the contributors to pass on the knowledge in the 3rd year. This will also serve as an opportunity to share knowledge to peers at Nonthaburi School for the Deaf, a special education school for 49 students with hearing impairment in grades 1-6.”
“Regarding the success of the past two renditions of the project, a total of 156 students and teachers from Setsatian School for the Deaf and Thungmahamek School for the Deaf participated in the project. KTC focused on sharing useful knowledge to society, especially encouraging people in society to develop their careers and generate income for sustainable growth. This also covers supporting educational opportunities to develop the potential of Thai youth to be of equal quality.”
“The ‘Education for Self Empowerment and Sustainable Growth’ project was initiated in 2019 with the belief that if given the opportunity to develop appropriately, physical disabilities among the young are not a barrier to learning. On this note, KTC transferred the teachings of how to grow organic mushrooms according to the sufficiency farming method and financial literacy into its teaching courses. The courses emphasised on a hands-on experience and the development of knowledge to build a career and the ability to pass on the knowledge network to the society in the future.”
Mr. Somchai Banrai, Director, Nonthaburi School for the Deaf, comments, “the 3rd year of ‘Education for Self Empowerment and Sustainable Growth’ project provided opportunities for students with hearing impairments to study and learn about mushroom cultivation and make a full range of mushroom products, from cultivation, care, processing, product design to distribution. Students who participated in the project were able to apply this basic knowledge to further develop their comprehension in other subjects and to pursue a career. I would like to extend my appreciation to KTC, Thungmahamek School for the Deaf, and Pothong Mushroom Farm, for providing opportunities and supporting students to participate in this program. The Nonthaburi School for the Deaf will try to learn and build a body of knowledge and occupational skills at full capacity so that students can get the most out of this project.”
Mrs. Jutharat Ruangdet, Acting Director, Thungmahamek School for the Deaf, remarks, “in the 2020 academic year, the school is honoured to continue the 2nd year of ‘Education for Self Empowerment and Sustainable Growth’ project from KTC and Setsatian School for the Deaf. Apart from receiving a standardized mushroom nursery and quality mushrooms for incubation, the most valuable and useful outcome of the project was the transfer of knowledge, experience, and management processes from Setsatian School for the Deaf and KTC, and the Phothong Mushroom Farm that KTC arranged for students to go on a study tour to create inspiration throughout its duration. Students learned the process of creating a mushroom nursery, project management, care and harvest, product processing, and creating food menus to generate income. Moreover, the project allowed students to be knowledge transferers and endorse leadership skills that are directly beneficial. Meanwhile, the teachers were involved in organizing the experience to push students to learn to convert “mushrooms" into another product of the school that creates income, turn into a learning resource within the school, and a great way to create careers for students. This year, it is great pleasure for the Thungmahamek School for the Deaf to pass on the legacy of this useful project to friends at Nonthaburi School for the Deaf. The school sincerely hopes that the 3rd year of ‘Education for Self Empowerment and Sustainable Growth’ project will continue to be sustainable for a long time to come.”
Ms. Natenapa Kwuansuk, a student lecturer at Thungmahamek School for the Deaf who communicated through sign language about her experience having joined the project for the 2nd time, expresses, “when the teacher said that KTC will come to build a mushroom nursery for our school, and how teachers and friends from Setsatian School for the Deaf will enact as lecturers, we were very thrilled and ecstatic because we have never seen or worked on a mushroom farm. Our mushroom farm is very beautiful; it has an electrical installation with a built-in ready to use spraying system.”
“When Phothong Mushroom Farm came to send the first round of mushroom lumps, we were shocked. The number of mushroom was as high as 1,800, and friends from Setsatian School for the Deaf taught us to open the bag, sort the mushrooms inoculum, and water them. On the day the mushrooms in the entire nursery started blooming, we were so excited to see such a large amount. We harvested the mushrooms and sold them several kilograms at a time. Our rate is 100 baht per kilogram and we sold them to the school kitchen, communities around the school, Suan Phlu market, and gave them out as souvenirs to donors. In the following weeks we also learned to cook them; it was fun and delicious. We also made a big book, and seniors from KTC also came over and taught us how to make income-expense accounts, calculate cost and profit, and helped design a mushroom logo for us. Thank you teachers and friends from Setsatian School for the Deaf, seniors from KTC, and teacher Rhat from Phothong Mushroom Farm who brought us good teachings. I'm very pleased to learn that this year in 2021, we will have the opportunity to pass on our knowledge and experience to friends and children at Nonthaburi School for the Deaf. We will do our best. Thank you KTC for giving us this chance and for such a great experience.”
