ธนาคารกรุงเทพ ประกาศจ่ายเงินปันผลสำหรับผลการดำเนินงานประจำปี 2563 สำหรับหุ้นสามัญในอัตราหุ้นละ 2.50 บาท พร้อมกำหนดวันประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นสามัญประจำปี ครั้งที่ 28 ในวันจันทร์ที่ 12 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2564 ภายใต้มาตรการและแนวปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของโรค    โควิด-19

นายชาติศิริ โสภณพนิช กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) แจ้งมติที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการธนาคาร ครั้งที่ 2/2564 เมื่อวันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2564 เห็นชอบให้จ่ายเงินปันผลสำหรับผลการดำเนินงานประจำปี 2563 สำหรับหุ้นสามัญ ในอัตราหุ้นละ 2.50 บาท รวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 4,772,107,235.00 บาท และเป็นอัตราส่วนเงินปันผลต่อกำไรสุทธิร้อยละ 30.53 เป็นเงินปันผลที่จ่ายจากกำไรสะสมซึ่งได้เสียภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคลในอัตราร้อยละ 20 โดยกำหนดจ่ายเงินปันผลในวันที่ 10 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2564 และกำหนดรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นที่มีสิทธิได้รับเงินปันผลในวันที่ 22 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2564

พร้อมกันนี้ได้กำหนดวันประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นสามัญประจำปี ครั้งที่ 28 ในวันจันทร์ที่ 12 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2564 เวลา 15.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ณ สำนักงานใหญ่ เลขที่ 333 ถนนสีลม แขวงสีลม เขตบางรัก กรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้งนี้ เนื่องจากปัจจุบันยังอยู่ในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โรคโควิด-19) เพื่อสุขอนามัยของผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม ธนาคารจึงต้องกำหนดมาตรการและแนวปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ตามข้อกำหนดของทางราชการ ซึ่งธนาคารจะแจ้งมาตรการและแนวปฏิบัติดังกล่าวให้ผู้ถือหุ้นทราบพร้อมกับหนังสือเชิญประชุมที่จะจัดส่งให้กับผู้ถือหุ้นต่อไป

Bangkok Bank approved that the dividend payment

be paid at the rate of Baht 2.50 per ordinary share

Bangkok Bank approved that the dividend payment for the operating results of the year 2020 be paid at the rate of Baht 2.50 per ordinary share and resolved to convene the 28th Annual Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders on April 12, 2021.

Bangkok Bank President, Chartsiri Sophonpanich said the meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) No.2/2021 held on February 23, 2021, at which the Board had adopted the following resolutions. Approved that the dividend payment for the operating results of the year 2020, which dividend was derived from retained earnings that was subject to corporate income tax of 20 percent, be paid at the rate of Baht 2.50 per ordinary share, totaling Baht 4,772,107,235.00 or about 30.53 percent of the annual net profit, on May 10, 2021, and the record date for determining the shareholders who have the right to receive the dividend payment shall be April 22, 2021.

And resolved to convene the 28th Annual Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders on April 12, 2021, starting at 15.00 hrs. at Bangkok Bank Building, 333 Silom Road, Silom Sub-district, Bangrak District, Bangkok. Given the ongoing risk from Covid-19, the Bank has established hygiene measures and guidelines to prevent the spread of infection among participants of the 28th Annual Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with government regulations. The said measures and guidelines will be provided to the shareholders together with the invitation to the 28th Annual Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders.
