บล.ทิสโก้ ประกาศความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจกับ Jefferies ให้บริการที่ปรึกษาการลงทุนแก่นักลงทุนสถาบันของ Jefferies ทั่วโลก โดยเริ่มให้บริการตั้งแต่วันนี้ (21 ตุลาคม 2563) เป็นต้นไป
นายไพบูลย์ นลินทรางกูร ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ ทิสโก้ จำกัด (Mr.Paiboon Nalinthrangkurn, Chief Executive Officer of TISCO Securities Company Limited) เปิดเผยว่า บล.ทิสโก้ ได้ประกาศความร่วมมือในการเป็นพันธมิตร (Co-Brand Alliance) กับ Jefferies Hong Kong Limited ซึ่งภายใต้ความร่วมมือนี้ บล.ทิสโก้ จะทำหน้าที่ให้บริการด้านงานวิจัยหลักทรัพย์ (Research) ของบริษัทจดทะเบียน (Listed Companies) ในไทย รวมถึงเป็นที่ปรึกษาแก่นักลงทุนสถาบัน ที่ต้องการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ในประเทศไทย
ทั้งนี้ Jefferies Hong Kong Limited เป็นผู้ให้บริการด้านวาณิชธนกิจระดับโลก ครอบคลุมบริการวาณิชธนกิจ หลักทรัพย์ ตราสารหนี้ การบริหารจัดการความมั่งคั่ง รวมถึงบริการที่ปรึกษาด้านการควบรวมและซื้อกิจการ ซึ่งมีฐานลูกค้าสถาบันกระจายอยู่ทั่วโลก โดยปัจจุบัน Jefferies มีความร่วมมือในลักษณะเดียวกันนี้ไปทั่วภูมิภาคเอเชีย เช่น ฟิลิปปินส์ อินโดนีเซีย มาเลเซีย เวียดนาม ศรีลังกา เกาหลีใต้ ไต้หวัน เป็นต้น จึงมีงานวิจัยที่ครอบคลุมหลักทรัพย์มากถึง 1,500 บริษัทในเอเชีย และประมาณ 3,000 บริษัททั่วโลก รวมทั้งมีอัตราการเติบโตของธุรกิจรวดเร็วที่สุดในเอเชีย

TISCO Securities Co-brand Alliance with Jefferies
to Service Global Institutional Investors
TISCO Securities today announced its Co-brand alliance with Jefferies to provide full-service investment advisory services to Jefferies' institutional investors worldwide, effective from 21 October 2020.
Mr.Paiboon Nalinthrangkurn, Chief Executive Officer of TISCO Securities Company Limited revealed that TISCO Securities had entered into a business co-brand alliance with Jefferies Hong Kong Limited. Under the agreement, the company will provide equity research, as well as facilitate advisory, trading and corporate access services to Jefferies’ institutional clients globally who are interested to invest in the Thai capital market.
