คณะกรรมการธนาคารกสิกรไทย มีมติแต่งตั้ง 2 รองกรรมการผู้จัดการ ได้แก่ นางสาวศันสนา สุขะนันท์ เป็นรองกรรมการผู้จัดการ ทำหน้าที่ผู้บริหารสายงานทรัพยากรบุคคล และนายชัช เหลืองอาภา รองกรรมการผู้จัดการ สายงาน World Business Group Head
ประวัติ
นางสาวศันสนา สุขะนันท์ ปัจจุบันอายุ 50 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี จากคณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี สาขาการเงินและการธนาคาร จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ปริญญาโท MBA จาก University of Wisconsin-Madison ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา มีประสบการณ์การทำงานกับสถาบันการเงิน ได้แก่ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ เมอร์ริล ลินช์ ภัทร จำกัด บริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุนรวม กสิกรไทย จำกัด เริ่มเข้าทำงานที่ธนาคารกสิกรไทย เมื่อปี 2545 ที่ฝ่ายนโยบายและบริหารความเสี่ยงเครดิต เป็นผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายพิจารณาเครดิต ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหารสัดส่วนธุรกิจลูกค้าบุคคลและเครือข่ายบริการ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายอาวุโสฝ่ายบริหารสัดส่วนธุรกิจลูกค้าบุคคลและเครือข่ายบริการ ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการ ก่อนได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นรองกรรมการผู้จัดการ ทำหน้าที่ผู้บริหารสายงานทรัพยากรบุคคล
นายชัช เหลืองอาภา ปัจจุบันอายุ 43 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี จากคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาวิศวกรรมอุสาหการ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ปริญญาโท MBA จาก University of Queensland ประเทศออสเตรเลีย ประสบการณ์การทำงาน บริษัท ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น บริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุน ซีมิโก้ จำกัด และเริ่มเข้าทำงานที่ธนาคารกสิกรไทย เมื่อปี 2551 ที่ฝ่ายธุรกิจลูกค้าบุคคล เป็นผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหารธุรกิจจีนและสำนักงานต่างประเทศ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหารกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจจีนและสำนักงานต่างประเทศ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายอาวุโสฝ่ายบริหารกลยุทธ์และผลการดำเนินงานธุรกิจจีน ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายอาวุโสฝ่ายบริหารกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจข้ามประเทศ ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการ ก่อนได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นรองกรรมการผู้จัดการ สายงาน World Business Group Head

KBank appoints two Executive Vice Presidents
KASIKORNBANK’s Board of Directors has resolved to appoint the following executives: Ms. Sansana Sukhanunth as Executive Vice President supervising the Human Resource Division, and Mr. Chat Luangarpa as Executive Vice President for the World Business Group.
Biographies
Ms. Sansana Sukhanunth, 50, graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Commerce and Accounting in Finance and Banking, Chulalongkorn University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, U.S.A. She has previously worked for Merrill Lynch Phatra Securities Company Limited and KASIKORN ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY LIMITED. Ms. Sansana started her KBank career at the Credit Policy and Risk Management Department in 2002, before her promotion to First Vice President for the Credit Underwriting Department, then First Vice President for the Retail Portfolio Management Department, and Senior First Vice President for the Retail Portfolio Management Department, and now Executive Vice President supervising the Human Resource Division.
Mr. Chat Luangarpa, 43, graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Queensland, Australia. He began his career at True Corporation PCL., also working at Seamico Securities PCL., before joining KBank’s Consumer Segment Management Department in 2008. Mr. Chat’s other positions before his promotion to Executive Vice President for the World Business Group included First Vice President for the China Business and Overseas Office Management Department, Vice President for the China Business Strategy and Overseas Office Management Department, Senior Vice President for the China Business Strategy and Performance Management Department, Senior Vice President for the World Business Strategy Management Department, and First Senior Vice President of the same department.
