ธนาคารกรุงเทพ ประกาศจ่ายเงินปันผลหุ้นสามัญระหว่างกาล จากเงินกำไรของผลประกอบการงวด 6 เดือนแรก ปี 2562 ในอัตราหุ้นละ 2.00 บาท โดยกำหนดการจ่ายเงินปันผลในวันที่ 20 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2562

นายชาติศิริ โสภณพนิช กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) แจ้งมติที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการธนาคาร ครั้งที่ 8/2562  เมื่อวันที่ 22 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ได้มีมติให้จ่ายเงินปันผลหุ้นสามัญระหว่างกาล สำหรับผลประกอบการงวด 6 เดือนแรก ปี 2562 ในอัตราหุ้นละ 2.00 บาท โดยเป็นเงินปันผลที่จ่ายจากกำไรสะสมซึ่งได้เสียภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคลในอัตราร้อยละ 23 โดยกำหนดรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นที่มีสิทธิรับเงินปันผลในวันที่ 5 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2562 และกำหนดจ่ายเงินปันผลในวันที่ 20 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2562

Bangkok Bank approved that an interim dividend

be paid at the rate of Baht 2.00 per ordinary share

Bangkok Bank approved that an interim dividend from the profit of the operations for the first half of the year 2019 be paid on September 20, 2019 at the rate of Baht 2.00 per ordinary share.

Bangkok Bank President Chartsiri Sophonpanich said the Board of Directors of the Bank adopted a resolution at the meeting No. 8/2019, held on August 22, 2019 to the effect that an interim dividend for the operations for the first half of the year 2019 be paid on September 20, 2019 at the rate of Baht 2.00 per ordinary share. The dividend was derived from retained earnings which was subject to corporate income tax of 23%. The record date for determining shareholders’ right to receive the dividend shall be September 5, 2019.
