นายทิพากร สายพัฒนา รองกรรมการผู้จัดการ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย และ นายสุชาติ ระมาศ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่การตลาดขายปลีก บริษัท ปตท. น้ำมันและการค้าปลีก จำกัด (มหาชน)  ร่วมเปิดตัว KBank ATM Drive Thru เครื่องแรกอย่างเป็นทางการ ที่สถานีบริการน้ำมัน พีทีที สเตชั่น สาขาบรมราชชนนี ขาเข้า อีกหนึ่งนวัตกรรมบริการที่ตอบโจทย์ไลฟ์สไตล์ของคนยุคใหม่ที่นิยมการใช้บริการ Drive Thru ซื้ออาหารและเครื่องดื่ม โดย KBank ATM Drive Thru จะเข้าถึงการใช้งานของลูกค้าได้อย่างสะดวกสบายมากยิ่งขึ้น ด้วยประสบการณ์ใหม่บนหน้าจอทัชสกรีนโดยไม่ต้องกดปุ่ม เพียงขับรถเข้ามาก็สามารถ ถอน โอน เติม จ่าย ได้โดยไม่ต้องลงจากรถ ตลอด 24 ชม. ใช้บริการได้ทั้งบัตรเอทีเอ็ม และถอนเงินโดยไม่ใช่บัตรด้วยแอป K PLUS

            บริการ KBank ATM Drive Thru เป็นอีกหนึ่งความร่วมมือด้านการพัฒนาบริการที่หลากหลายมาอย่างต่อเนื่องระหว่างธนาคารกสิกรไทย และ พีทีที สเตชั่น เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้กับผู้บริโภคที่เข้ามาใช้บริการที่สถานีบริการน้ำมัน พีทีที สเตชั่น เช่น การเปิดสาขารูปแบบพิเศษ K PARK คอมมูนิตี้บรานช์ที่ให้บริการทางการเงินและบริการเสริมจากพันธมิตร, ความร่วมมือทางด้านบัตรเครดิต PTT Blue Credit Card รวมทั้งพัฒนาการบริการ e-Wallet : Blue Connect และเครื่องเอทีเอ็มกว่า 1,000 เครื่อง ในสถานีบริการน้ำมัน พีทีที สเตชั่น ทั่วประเทศ

KBank joins hands with PTT Station to introduce new banking channel

          Mr. Tipakorn Saiphatana, KBank Executive Vice President, and Mr. Suchat Ramarch, Senior Executive Vice President, Retail Marketing of PTT Oil and Retail Business PCL., recently launched the first KBank ATM Drive Thru at a PTT Station on inbound Borommaratchachonnani Road. It is one of the innovative services designed to accommodate the lifestyle of the new generation preferring to use drive thru services for food and beverage purchases. KBank ATM Drive Thru offers greater convenience to the customers as they only have to drive through its canopy to conduct financial transactions, including withdrawal, funds transfer, top-up and payment, via a large illumination-controlled touch screen without having to leave their car. The 24-hour service accommodates financial transactions via ATM card and cardless withdrawal via K PLUS.

            KBank ATM Drive Thru is the latest collaboration between KBank and PTT Station in developing numerous services to offer convenience for the customers at PTT Station. Other initiatives include the setting up of the first K PARK at PTT Station, being a community branch offering KBank financial services and supplementary services from our business partners. KBank and PTT Station have also introduced PTT Blue Credit Card and e-Wallet: Blue Connect. There are also over 1,000 K- ATMs at PTT Stations nationwide.
