บริษัท ริสแลนด์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (“บริษัท” หรือ “RISLAND”) ประสบความสำเร็จในการออกและเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ชนิดระบุชื่อผู้ถือ ประเภทไม่ด้อยสิทธิ มีประกัน และมีผู้แทนผู้ถือหุ้นกู้ มูลค่ารวม 1,500 ล้านบาท โดยหุ้นกู้มีอายุ 3 ปี อัตราดอกเบี้ยคงที่ร้อยละ 4.75% ต่อปี เมื่อวันที่ 24 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ทั้งนี้ RISLAND ได้แต่งตั้งให้ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) เป็นผู้จัดการการจัดจำหน่ายหุ้นกู้ โดยการเสนอขายครั้งนี้เป็นการเสนอขายให้เฉพาะแก่ผู้ลงทุนสถาบันเท่านั้น โดยหุ้นกู้ดังกล่าวได้รับการจัดอันดับความน่าเชื่อถือที่ “AA(tha)” โดยบริษัท ฟิทช์ เรทติ้งส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

การเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ครั้งนี้ถือเป็นการเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ครั้งแรกของบริษัท ริสแลนด์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด หลังจากที่บริษัทเข้ามาดำเนินธุรกิจในประเทศไทยอย่างเป็นทางการตั้งแต่ช่วงเดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2560 โดยบริษัทประกอบธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ประเภทที่อยู่อาศัย ทั้งในโครงการบ้านเดี่ยว และคอนโดมีเนียม ปัจจุบันมีโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ตามแผนการขยายธุรกิจของบริษัททั้งหมด 5 โครงการ (โดยเป็นโครงการบ้านเดี่ยว 1 โครงการ และเป็นโครงการคอนโดมีเนียมอีก 4 โครงการ) ได้แก่ โครงการ Lake Serene ซึ่งเป็นโครงการบ้านเดี่ยว และโครงการ Artisan โครงการ The Art โครงการ Cloud Thonglor และโครงการ Cloud Asoke ซึ่งเป็นโครงการคอนโดมีเนียม

นายจาง เหลียงกัง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท ริสแลนด์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด กล่าวถึงความสำเร็จของการออกและเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ในครั้งนี้ว่า “การออกและเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ถือว่าได้รับการตอบรับจากนักลงทุนอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี โดยเฉพาะในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นครั้งแรกของบริษัทในการระดมทุนผ่านการออกหุ้นกู้ ปัจจุบัน บริษัทมีโครงการในประเทศไทยหลายทำเล และจะเปิดจองภายในปีนี้หลายโครงการ ทำให้ RISLAND น่าจะเป็นที่รู้จักของคนทั่วไปรวมถึงผู้ลงทุนมากขึ้น บริษัทมีวิสัยทัศน์อยากให้ประเทศไทยเป็นทำเลเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการขยายกิจการของกลุ่มคันทรี การ์เด้น นอกจากนี้ ยังหวังว่าจะได้รับการสนับสนุนจากผู้ลงทุนในการระดมทุนครั้งต่อ ๆ ไปของบริษัท”

นายทิพากร สายพัฒนา รองกรรมการผู้จัดการ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวเสริมว่า “การออกหุ้นกู้ของ RISLAND ครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นอีกก้าวหนึ่งของการพัฒนาตลาดตราสารหนี้ไทย ในฐานะเป็น Regional Financial Hub เนื่องจากเป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้บริษัทที่อาจไม่ใช่บริษัทไทยโดยตรงสามารถเข้ามาระดมทุนในตลาดได้ ประกอบกับทำให้นักลงทุนไทยมีทางเลือกในการลงทุนที่หลากหลายและมีความเป็นสากลเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งถือเป็นความสำเร็จแบบ win-win”

RISLAND (THAILAND) Successfully Raised THB 1.5 billion from Its Inaugural Debentures

Risland (Thailand) Company Limited (The “Company” or “RISLAND”) has successfully issued its inaugural Thai Baht debentures on 24 July 2019. The debenutres offered are unsubordinated and guaranteed debentures with a debentureholders' representative with a 3-year tenor and a fixed coupon rate of 4.75% per annum. RISLAND has appointed KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited as the sole lead arranger and bookrunner for this offering. The total issue size is THB 1,500 million, placed to institutional investors only. The debentures are rated “AA(tha)” by Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited.

This is the first debenture issuance for RISLAND after the company has officially begun its operation in Thailand in June 2017. The company is a real estate developer with the portfolio of both single house and condominium projects. RISLAND’s current portfolio consists of 1 single house project called Lake Serene and 4 condominium projects including, Artisan, The Art, Cloud Thonglor, and Cloud Asoke.

Mr. ZHANG Liangang, the President of Risland (Thailand) Company Limited, said after the success of the debentures launch that “This first time issuance of RISLANDS’s Thai Baht debentures marked another milestone for the company with warm welcome from market participants. As RISLAND plans to launch several projects this year, it also establishes more market awareness about RISLAND’s presence to the general public and debenture investors.
