ธนาคารกสิกรไทย ตอกย้ำศักยภาพ K PLUS เปิดให้บริการถอนเงินสดด้วย QR Code ที่สาขาธนาคารและ        เคแบงก์เซอร์วิสที่ร้านเซเว่น อีเลฟเว่นทั่วประเทศ เพิ่มทางเลือกและอำนวยความสะดวกให้ลูกค้าถอนเงินสดได้ง่ายๆ  โดยไม่ต้องกรอกแบบฟอร์ม ไม่ต้องพกสมุดบัญชี และทำได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง โดยที่สาขาสามารถถอนได้สูงสุด 10 ล้านบาทต่อครั้ง ไม่จำกัดวงเงินการถอนต่อวัน มีค่าธรรมเนียมเฉพาะธุรกรรมข้ามเขต และใช้บัตรประชาชนประกอบการทำรายการ ในกรณีที่ถอนเงินมากกว่า 300,000 บาท และที่เซเว่น อีเลฟเว่น ถอนได้ 50-5,000 บาทต่อครั้ง สูงสุด 20,000 บาทต่อวัน ค่าธรรมเนียม 15 บาทต่อรายการ และใช้บัตรประชาชนประกอบการทำรายการทุกครั้ง เพียงทำรายการถอนเงินบน K PLUS จากนั้นนำ QR Code หรือ Barcode ที่ปรากฎบนโทรศัพท์ให้พนักงานสแกนก็รับเงินสดได้ทันที ทั้งนี้ ธนาคารมีแผนจะขยายการให้บริการถอนเงินสดด้วย QR Code ผ่าน K PLUS ที่บิ๊กซีและไปรษณีย์ไทยทั่วประเทศภายในปีนี้ ส่งผลให้ลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการ K PLUS จะสามารถถอนเงินสดด้วย QR Code ได้ง่ายๆ ครอบคลุมทุกช่องทาง ได้แก่ ตู้เอทีเอ็ม สาขาธนาคาร เคแบงก์เซอร์วิสที่ให้บริการทั่วประเทศตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

Ready to withdraw cash via QR code on K PLUS at KBank branches and 7-Eleven stores nationwide

KBank boasts great potential of K PLUS by offering cash withdrawal service via QR code at KBank branches and KBank Service at 7-Eleven convenience stores nationwide to add cash-withdrawal options and facilitate convenience for customers, who no longer need to fill in a form, or carry a passbook. The service is available 24 hours, daily. The maximum limit for withdrawal at the bank’s branches is up to THB10 million per transaction, without cash withdrawal limit per day. Fees are charged only on transactions conducted across different clearing zones and ID card is required for the withdrawal amount exceeding THB300,000. The limit for withdrawal at 7-Eleven stores is THB50-5,000 per transaction with the daily limit of THB20,000. The service fee of THB15 will be charged per transaction. Also, national ID card is required for every withdrawal transaction. Customers simply carry out the funds withdrawal transaction on K PLUS and present QR code or barcode on their mobile phones to cashiers for scanning to receive cash instantly.  KBank has planned to offer cash withdrawal service via QR code on K PLUS at Big C and Thailand Post outlets nationwide by the end of this year. Hence, K PLUS customers can easily withdraw cash via QR code across all channels including K-ATMs, KBank’s branches and KBank Service nationwide which is available around-the-clock.
