(กัมพูชา) จำกัด (PTTCL) ร่วมกับ นายกวิน นิทัศนจารุกุล ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท เค-เน็กซ์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น (KNX) เข้าร่วมพิธีลงนามในสัญญามอบสิทธิ Single Unit Franchise ธุรกิจ “อ๊อตเทริ วอชแอนด์ดราย” (Otteri Wash & Dry) ในประเทศกัมพูชา และร่วมเปิดร้านสะดวกซัก “อ๊อตเทริ วอชแอนด์ดราย” สาขาแรกอย่างเป็นทางการ ในสถานีบริการน้ำมันพีทีที สเตชั่น Chbar Ampov ณ กรุงพนมเปญ ประเทศกัมพูชา ซึ่งบริหารโดย บริษัท ปตท. (กัมพูชา) จำกัด (PTTCL) โดยมี นายเชิดเกียรติ อัตถากร เอกอัคราชทูตไทยประจำกรุงพนมเปญ ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธีดังกล่าว

นายรชา เปิดเผยว่า ความร่วมมือระหว่าง OR โดย บริษัท ปตท. (กัมพูชา) จำกัด (PTTCL) กับ บริษัท เค-เน็กซ์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (KNX) ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทที่ OR เข้าลงทุนถือหุ้นในสัดส่วน 40% ดำเนินธุรกิจจำหน่ายเครื่องซักผ้า และเครื่องอบผ้าแบบอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงประกอบกิจการร้านสะดวกซัก ภายใต้แบรนด์ชื่อ “อ๊อตเทริ วอชแอนด์ดราย” และเป็นแบรนด์อันดับหนึ่งของไทยที่ปัจจุบันมีจำนวนสาขากว่า 950 แห่งทั่วประเทศไทย ด้วยเล็งเห็นถึงโอกาสในการบุกเบิกตลาดร้านสะดวกซักในประเทศกัมพูชา โดยมุ่งเน้นการนำเสนอบริการร้านสะดวกซักรูปแบบเดียวกับในประเทศไทยเพื่อให้ผู้บริโภคในกัมพูชาได้เข้าถึงการบริการซักผ้าและอบผ้าในรูปแบบการบริการตนเอง (Self-service) ที่มีมาตรฐานภายใต้แบรนด์ “อ๊อตเทริ วอชแอนด์ดราย” โดยเปิดสาขาแรก ณ สถานีบริการน้ำมันพีทีที สเตชั่น Chbar Ampov ในรูปแบบของร้านสะดวกซักบริการตนเองที่ให้บริการเครื่องซักผ้าและเครื่องอบผ้า พร้อมบริการ Wi-Fi ฟรีให้แก่ลูกค้า โดยจะเปิดให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ทั้งนี้ PTTCL ยังมีแผนการขยายสาขาร้านสะดวกซัก “อ๊อตเทริ วอชแอนด์ดราย” จำนวน 3 สาขา ในประเทศกัมพูชา ภายในปี 2023 อีกด้วย

ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้เป็นหนึ่งในกลยุทธ์ของ OR ในการผลักดัน SMEs ไทยที่ OR เข้าลงทุนได้ไปเติบโตในต่างประเทศ ตามวิสัยทัศน์ “Empowering All toward Inclusive Growth” หรือ “เติมเต็มโอกาส เพื่อทุกการเติบโต ร่วมกัน” อีกทั้งเป็นไปตามพันธกิจของ OR ในการสร้างทางเลือกสำหรับการดำเนินชีวิตแบบครบวงจรเพื่อตอบโจทย์การใช้ชีวิตทุกรูปแบบของผู้บริโภค (All Lifestyles)  และยังช่วยเพิ่มความหลากหลายทางธุรกิจให้กับเครือข่ายสถานีบริการ พีทีที สเตชั่น ในประเทศกัมพูชา เพื่อตอบโจทย์กลุ่มลูกค้าที่มีความต้องการสินค้าและบริการที่ครบวงจรเพิ่มมากขึ้น

OR joins forces with K-nex Corporation, launching the first “Otteri Wash and Dry” in Cambodia   

Mr. Racha Uthaichan, Senior Executive Vice President, Global Business, PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Co., Ltd. (OR), and Mr. Sira Srisuksai, Vice President , Lifestyle Business Management, PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Co., Ltd. (OR), Mr. Nuttapong Kaewtrakulpong, Managing Director, PTT (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. (PTTCL), together with Mr. Kavin Nitasnajarukul , Chief Executive Officer of K-Nex Corporation (KNX), jointly signed a single unit franchise agreement to operate Otteri Wash & Dry in Cambodia and attended the official opening of the first "Otteri Wash and Dry" branch in Chbar Ampov PTT Gas Station in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, which is managed by PTT (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. (PTTCL), with H.E. Mr. Cherdkiat Atthakor, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Kingdom of Cambodia, present at the event. 

 Mr. Racha revealed that the cooperation between OR by PTT (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. (PTTCL) and K-Nex Corporation Co., Ltd. (KNX) – an industrial washing machine and dryer distributor and Thailand’s No.1 laundromat with over 950 branches under trademark “Otteri Wash and Dry” located throughout the country, 40% shares of which are held by OR, was shaped as they foresaw an opportunity to pioneer the laundromat industry in Cambodia. The business model will be identical to that offered in Thailand to enable accessibility to quality self-service laundry under trademark “Otteri Wash and Dry”. The first branch was launched at Chbar Ampov PTT Gas Station offering 24-hour self-service washing machines and dryers together with free WiFi. In this regard, PTTCL also has a plan to locate 3 more branches of “Otteri Wash and Dry” in Cambodia within 2023.

This cooperation is one of OR's strategies to drive Thai SMEs that OR has invested in to grow in the global arena according to the vision of "Empowering All toward Inclusive Growth". Moreover, this is in line with OR's mission to offer alternatives that best meet all lifestyles and unlock business diversity within the PTT station network in Cambodia to resonate with the needs of customers who now demand more integrated products and services.
