นางศุภานวิต เอี่ยมสกุลรัตน์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร เค.อี.กรุ๊ป เปิดเผยว่า ภาพรวมตลาดบ้านหรูในเมืองไทยยัง มีอัตราเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยในปี 2561 พบว่าเติบโตกว่า 10% และจากข้อมูลปี 2560 พบว่าฐานลูกค้าประเภทไฮเน็ตเวิ ร์คในกรุงเทพฯ มีประมาณ 91,000 คน ไม่นับรวมลูกค้าต่างชาติ ซึ่งฐานลูกค้ากลุ่มนี้มีอั ตราเติบโตเฉลี่ยปีละ 13% โดยมูลค่าตลาดรวมของบ้านหรู ในกรุงเทพฯ ที่มีราคาขายตั้งแต่ 50 ล้านบาทขึ้นไป ในระยะสามปีที่ผ่านมามีประมาณ 25,000 ล้านบาท หรือปีละประมาณ 8,000 ล้านบาท

โดยราคาที่ดินบนถนนประดิษฐ์มนูธ รรม เติบโตขึ้น 12-15 % จากราคาที่ดินในปี 2559 อยู่ที่ 250,000-300,000 บาทต่อตารางวา และในปี 2560 ราคาขึ้นมาอยู่ที่ 350,000 บาทต่อตารางวา อาทิ ราคาบ้านที่ โครงการ คริสตัล พาร์ค ราคาเริ่มต้นตอนก่อสร้างเมื่อปี 2549 ราคาอยู่ที่ 65 ล้านบาท แต่ปี 2561 นี้ มีการซื้อขายอยู่ที่หลังละ 125 ล้านบาท เติบโตกว่าหนึ่งเท่าตัวหรือปีละ 12 % ซึ่งสูงกว่าอัตราผลตอบแทนทางการ เงินทั่วไป และจากการศึกษาพบว่ าประชากรในบริเวณนี้ มีรายได้ต่อครอบครัวเฉลี่ยสู งกว่าบริเวณอื่นของกรุงเทพฯ ประมาณ 17%
