EXIM BANK แต่งตั้งนางสาวจุฑารัตน์ นาทองบ่อ เป็นผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล และนายธีรเดช ศรีอิทธยากร เป็นผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อ มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2566 เป็นต้นไป

ธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย (EXIM BANK) แต่งตั้งนางสาวจุฑารัตน์ นาทองบ่อ เป็นผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล ดูแลงานบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล การพัฒนาความก้าวหน้าทางอาชีพและขีดความสามารถของบุคลากรให้เป็นไปตามยุทธศาสตร์องค์กร และการส่งเสริมบรรยากาศแรงงานสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และนายธีรเดช ศรีอิทธยากร เป็นผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อ ดูแลการวิเคราะห์ฐานะการเงินที่จำเป็นของลูกค้าตามหลักเกณฑ์การให้สินเชื่อและการบริหารความเสี่ยงที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งนี้ มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2566 เป็นต้นไป

นางสาวจุฑารัตน์ จบการศึกษาปริญญาโท บริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิต สาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ จากมหาวิทยาลัยวูลลองกอง ออสเตรเลีย และปริญญาตรี บัญชีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบัญชี คณะการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ เคยดำรงตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายงานค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ ธนาคารเกียรตินาคินภัทร จำกัด (มหาชน) และผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการ สำนักทรัพยากรบุคคล บริษัท บีอีซีเวิลด์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ก่อนเข้าร่วมงานกับ EXIM BANK นางสาวจุฑารัตน์ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล บริษัท กรุงเทพประกันชีวิต จำกัด (มหาชน)

นายธีรเดช จบการศึกษาปริญญาโท บริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิต สาขาการตลาด คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต สาขาการเงินและการธนาคาร คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ เคยดำรงตำแหน่งผู้จัดการสินทรัพย์ ฝ่ายบริหารสินทรัพย์ บริษัท เอสซีบี แคปปิตอล เซอร์วิส จำกัด และผู้จัดการธุรกิจสัมพันธ์ ฝ่ายธุรกิจน้ำมันปิโตรเคมี แก๊ส และพลาสติก ธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยา จำกัด (มหาชน) ก่อนเข้าร่วมงานกับ EXIM BANK นายธีรเดชดำรงตำแหน่งผู้จัดการธุรกิจสัมพันธ์ สายลูกค้าธุรกิจรายกลางนครหลวง ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน)

EXIM Thailand Appoints Senior Vice Presidents of

Human Resources Department and Credit Analysis Department

EXIM Thailand announced the appointments of Miss Chutarat Natongbaw, Senior Vice President, Human Resources Department and Mr. Thiradej Sriithayakorn, Senior Vice President, Credit Analysis Department, effective from January 1, 2023 onwards.

Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) has appointed Miss Chutarat Natongbaw as Senior Vice President, Human Resources Department, to oversee human resources management and development in accordance with the organization’s strategies and work environment to enhance employee relations and capabilities. EXIM Thailand has also appointed Mr. Thiradej Sriithayakorn as Senior Vice President, Credit Analysis Department to oversee the analysis and monitoring of EXIM Thailand clients’ financial position in line with the Bank’s Credit Policy, as well as providing recommendations on credit risk mitigation. The appointments take effect from January 1, 2023 onwards.

Miss Chutarat holds a Master of International Business from University of Wollongong, Australia and a Bachelor of Accountancy, Faculty of Accountancy, Dhurakijbundit University. She formerly worked for Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited as Vice President of Compensation and Benefits Department, and BEC World Public Company Limited as Vice President of Human Resources Department. Before joining EXIM Thailand, she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources Department, Bangkok Life Assurance Public Company Limited.

Mr. Thiradej holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing, Thammasat Business School from Thammasat University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance and Banking, School of Business from Assumption University. He formerly worked for SCB Capital Service Company Limited as Asset Manager, Asset Management Department, and Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited as First Vice President of Petrochemical Oil & Gas and Plastic Department. Before joining EXIM Thailand, he was Vice President of Metropolitan Commercial Banking Department, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited.
