ดร.รักษ์ วรกิจโภคาทร (กลาง) กรรมการผู้จัดการ ธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย (EXIM BANK) จัดงานกรรมการผู้จัดการพบพนักงานครั้งที่ 2 ประจำปี 2565 เพื่อสื่อสารให้พนักงานเข้าใจถึงบทบาทและเป้าหมายหลักขององค์กร เสียงสะท้อนและความคาดหวังของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย (Stakeholders) รวมทั้งความสำคัญของการทำงานเป็นทีม ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในวัฒนธรรมหลักขององค์กร ตลอดจนเปิดโอกาสให้พนักงานส่งคำถามถึงผู้บริหารระดับสูงโดยตรงเพื่อลดช่องว่างในการสื่อสาร ในโอกาสนี้ กรรมการผู้จัดการได้ประกาศนโยบายการบริหารที่สนับสนุนความหลากหลายและยอมรับความแตกต่างของพนักงานในทุกมิติ (Diversity and Inclusion) ณ โรงละครเคแบงก์สยามพิฆเนศ เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้
ทั้งนี้ ดร.ณรงค์ชัย อัครเศรณี อดีตประธานกรรมการ EXIM BANK ให้เกียรติเป็นองค์ปาฐกพิเศษเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของ EXIM BANK ในการเป็นธนาคารเพื่อการพัฒนาแห่งประเทศไทย (Thailand Development Bank) และข้อเสนอแนะในการตอบสนองความต้องการ ตลอดจนความคาดหวังของรัฐบาล ลูกค้า และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย นำไปสู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน

EXIM Thailand Holds Town Hall Meeting to Emphasize the Journey toward Thailand Development Bank and Organization of Diversity and Inclusion in Next Normal Era
Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn (center), President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), recently held the second Town Hall meeting 2022, at KBank Siam Pic-Ganesha Theatre, to communicate to EXIM Thailand’s executives and staff members the Bank’s role and main goal, voices and expectation of stakeholders, and team building commitment, which is a crucial organization culture of EXIM Thailand. All participants were encouraged to raise their questions directly to top executives as a way to narrow down any communication gap. On this occasion, the President also announced the Bank’s diversity and inclusion policy for adherence across the organization.
Dr. Narongchai Akrasanee, former EXIM Thailand Chairman, was an honorable speaker on the topic of EXIM Thailand’s role as Thailand Development Bank and recommendations on how to respond to demand and expectations of the government, clients and other stakeholders toward sustainable development.
