บริษัท KASIKORN X จำกัด จับมือ กรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา เปิดตัว Badge “© Informed to DIP” บน Coral แพลตฟอร์ม NFT Marketplace พร้อมหนุนอัตลักษณ์ศิลปินไทยผ่านงานศิลปะด้วยบริการลิขสิทธิ์แบบครบวงจร ในงาน “Thailand Digital Arts Festival 2022 : TDAF 2022” ระหว่างวันที่ 8-10 เมษายน 2565 ณ ไอคอนสยาม 

นายธนะเมศฐ์ อาริยวัฒน์ Head of Venture Builder บริษัท KASIKORN X จำกัด (KX) เปิดเผยว่า สัญลักษณ์ “© Informed to DIP” จะทำหน้าที่กำกับผลงานศิลปะบนแพลตฟอร์ม Coral ที่ผ่านการลงทะเบียนข้อมูลลิขสิทธิ์กับกรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาแล้ว ซึ่งการเปิดตัวความร่วมมือครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อให้ศิลปิน TDAF และศิลปินอื่น ๆ ที่สนใจขายผลงาน NFT บน Coral เห็นความสำคัญของการจดแจ้งทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา รวมถึงสร้าง Awareness ให้แก่นักสะสมงานศิลปะและประชาชนทั่วไป โดยศิลปินสามารถนำผลงานศิลปะของตนไปแจ้งข้อมูลลิขสิทธิ์กับกรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย เมื่อได้เลขทะเบียนข้อมูลลิขสิทธิ์แล้ว ศิลปินสามารถแจ้ง Coral เพื่อติดสัญลักษณ์ © informed to DIP ไว้ที่ NFT Art  ของตน และเพิ่มข้อมูลลิขสิทธ์ในหน้ารายละเอียดงาน NFT ของตนบนเว็บ Coral ซึ่งหลังจากที่งาน NFT ได้มีการซื้อขาย และผ่านกระบวนการแปลงเป็น NFT (Mint) เรียบร้อย เลขทะเบียนข้อมูลลิขสิทธิ์จะถูกนำเก็บบน Blockchain ในรูปแบบ Metadata เปิดให้ตรวจสอบข้อมูล และป้องกันการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลง สัญลักษณ์ © informed to DIP จึงเป็นอีกส่วนหนึ่งที่ช่วยสร้างความมั่นใจให้แก่นักสะสมงานดิจิทัลอาร์ตว่าได้ซื้อผลงานลิขสิทธิ์ที่สามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลได้

ด้านนายวุฒิไกร ลีวีระพันธุ์ อธิบดีกรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา เปิดเผยว่า “กรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาเดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่ Smart DIP นำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการประชาชนและนักธุรกิจไทยตอบโจทย์ยุคดิจิทัล ไปสู่การนำทรัพย์สินทางปัญญามาสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้กับสินค้า ต่อยอดการใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์ และเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศ โดยเฉพาะในอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ ซึ่งปัจจุบันตลาดซื้อ-ขายผลงานศิลปะดิจิทัลบนแพลตฟอร์ม NFT Art ทั้งในและต่างประเทศมีแนวโน้มเติบโตสูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง นับเป็นโอกาสให้ศิลปินและผู้ประกอบการไทยก้าวสู่ตลาดศิลปะดิจิทัล สร้างรายได้และแสดงอัตลักษณ์ความเป็นไทยผ่านงานศิลปะอย่างเข้มแข็ง ด้วยองค์ความรู้และบริการด้านลิขสิทธิ์ของกรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา สอดคล้องกับนโยบาย Soft Power ของรัฐบาล”

“กรมฯ จึงบูรณาการความร่วมมือกับบริษัท KASIKORN X จำกัด เจ้าของแพลตฟอร์มซื้อ-ขายผลงาน NFT Art ที่ชื่อว่า Coral นำร่องจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริม NFT Art ไทยด้วยลิขสิทธิ์ ในงาน TDAF 2022 เพื่อส่งเสริมศิลปินไทยที่นำ NFT Art มาลงขายบนแพลตฟอร์มดังกล่าวยื่นแจ้งข้อมูลลิขสิทธิ์กับกรมฯ ซึ่งการแจ้งข้อมูลลิขสิทธิ์ดังกล่าวเป็นหลักฐานเบื้องต้นที่แสดงความเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์และเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการช่วยป้องกันไม่ให้บุคคลอื่นแอบอ้างนำผลงานมาลงขายบนแพลตฟอร์ม ซึ่งกรมฯ มีแผนขยายความร่วมมือไปยังแพลตฟอร์มอื่นๆ ตลอดจนเตรียมความพร้อมผู้ประกอบการไทยผ่านบริการของศูนย์ให้คำปรึกษาด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา (IPAC) เสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านลิขสิทธิ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ NFT รวมถึงพระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์ (ฉบับที่ 5) ที่รองรับการคุ้มครองงานลิขสิทธิ์ดิจิทัล โดยมีผลใช้บังคับในวันที่ 23 สิงหาคม 2565 นี้”

KX works with Department of Intellectual Property and artists from Thailand Digital Arts Festival (TDAF) in unveiling “© Informed to DIP” badge on Coral platform

KASIKORN X Co., Ltd. has teamed with the Department of Intellectual Property in launching the “© Informed to DIP” badge on Coral – an NFT marketplace platform. This cooperative effort aims to promote Thai artists’ identity via artworks through a comprehensive copyright service. The event will be held during April 8-10, 2022 as part of Thailand Digital Arts Festival 2022 at ICONSIAM.

According to Mr. Thanaarmates Arriyavat, Head of Venture Builder, KASIKORN X Co., Ltd., the “© Informed to DIP” badge will accompany art pieces on the Coral platform of which the copyrights have already been registered with the Department of Intellectual Property. The introduction of this badge is aimed at encouraging TDAF artists and other artists wishing to sell their NFT works on Coral to realize the importance of copyright registration, while also raising the awareness of art collectors and the general public. Artists may notify the Department of Intellectual Property of their copyright information at no expense, and after receiving the copyright number, they can inform Coral to attach the “© Informed to DIP” badge to their NFT art pieces and include the copyright information in the description section. Once the work is purchased and subsequently minted into NFT, the copyright number will be stored as metadata on blockchain, which can be audited and protected against any modification. The “© Informed to DIP” badge will ensure digital art collectors that their purchased art items are copyrighted and can be verified as such. 

Mr. Vuttikrai Leewiraphan, Director of the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), said, “The DIP is pressing ahead with steering the organization towards Smart DIP by using digital technology to enhance its efficiency in providing services and meeting the needs of the Thai public and businesspeople in the digital era. Once this is achieved, the DIP will be able to use numerous intellectual properties to add value to products, bolster their commercial benefits and enhance the country’s competitiveness, particularly in the creative industry. Digital art trading on NFT art platforms at home and abroad is set to post steady growth, and this will offer Thai artists and entrepreneurs an opportunity to enter the digital art market, earn income and show their Thai identity via artwork and support from the DIP’s knowledge and copyright service, which is in line with the government’s soft power policy.”

 “With this in mind, the DIP has collaborated with KASIKORN X Co., Ltd., the owner of the NFT art marketplace Coral, to organize TDAF 2022, with the aim of encouraging Thai artists intending to sell their NFT artwork on the NFT art marketplace Coral to apply for a copyright with the DIP. The copyright application will serve as preliminary evidence of being an NFT owner and as an important mechanism for the prevention of copyright violation. The DIP is planning to expand such cooperation to other platforms, ensuring that Thai entrepreneurs are well-prepared via the Intellectual Property Advisory Center (IPAC), and promoting knowledge of NFT copyright and the Copyright Act (No. 5), which will take effect August 23, 2022, to facilitate the protection of digital copyright.”
