นายเรืองโรจน์ พูนผล ประธานกลุ่มบริษัท กสิกร บิซิเนส-เทคโนโลยี กรุ๊ป (KBTG) และประธานกรรมการ บริษัท คิวบิกซ์ ดิจิทัล แอสเสท จำกัด (Kubix) บริษัทในเครือ KBTG เปิดเผยว่า Kubix ได้รับใบอนุญาตจากสำนักงาน ก.ล.ต. อย่างเป็นทางการ ให้สามารถเริ่มประกอบธุรกิจบริการเสนอขายโทเคนดิจิทัล (ICO Portal) เต็มรูปแบบ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 12 มกราคม 2565 เป็นต้นมา ส่งผลให้ธนาคารกสิกรไทยเป็นธนาคารไทยแห่งแรกที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ประกอบธุรกิจนี้ โดย Kubix ตั้งใจที่จะนำจุดแข็งของธนาคารกสิกรไทยในด้านความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการลงทุน รวมทั้งความแข็งแกร่งของ KBTG ในด้านเทคโนโลยีโลกการเงิน มาใช้ในการต่อยอดพัฒนาและสร้างประสบการณ์การลงทุนที่จะส่งมอบผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนให้แก่นักลงทุนในรูปแบบใหม่ ๆ ซึ่งจะไม่จำกัดอยู่แค่ผลตอบแทนที่เป็นตัวเลขทางการเงินเท่านั้น แต่ยังรวมถึงการส่งมอบคุณค่าให้แก่นักลงทุนในรูปแบบสิทธิประโยชน์และประสบการณ์การใช้ชีวิตในแบบที่แต่ละคนต้องการ
ล่าสุด หลังจากได้รับใบอนุญาตอย่างเป็นทางการ Kubix ได้เดินหน้าก้าวแรกของการให้บริการ ICO Portal โดยร่วมกับ บริษัท สเปเชียล เดสทินี จำกัด (Special Destiny) ซึ่งถือหุ้นโดยบริษัท จีดีเอช ห้าห้าเก้า จำกัด (GDH) และบริษัท บรอดคาซท์ ไทย เทเลวิชั่น จำกัด (BTV) ยื่นแบบแสดงรายการข้อมูลเสนอขายโทเคนดิจิทัลเพื่อการลงทุน (Filing) เพื่อเตรียมเสนอขาย “DESTINY Token” ในตลาดแรก (Initial Coin Offering: ICO) ซึ่ง เป็นโทเคนดิจิทัลจากภาพยนตร์ “บุพเพสันนิวาส ๒” ภาพยนตร์ฟอร์มยักษ์ที่พร้อมจะเข้าฉายในโรงภาพยนตร์เร็ว ๆ นี้ โดยจะเป็นการผสานของโทเคนเพื่อการลงทุน (Investment Token) และโทเคนสิทธิพิเศษ (Utility Token) ซึ่งนักลงทุนที่ลงทุนใน DESTINY Token จะได้รับทั้งผลตอบแทนในรูปแบบตัวเงิน และสิทธิพิเศษแบบ Exclusive ที่มอบให้เฉพาะผู้ถือโทเคนดิจิทัลเท่านั้น โดยรูปแบบและรายละเอียดจะมีการเปิดเผยในเร็ว ๆ นี้ ทั้งนี้ DESITY Token จะเป็นการออกโทเคนดิจิทัลเพื่อการลงทุนในรูปแบบโปรเจกต์โทเคนแรกของไทยอีกด้วย

Kubix teams with GDH and Broadcast Thai in debuting DESTINY Token – a digital token that revolutionizes the investment world and makes history for the Thai movie industry – the phenomenon that builds upon ‘Destiny 2’ with attractive returns and privileges offered
Kubix is gearing up for the offering of a full-fledged ICO portal service after KASIKORNBANK (KBank) received a license to operate an ICO portal business from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). With that, KBank became the first Thai bank to be granted an ICO portal license. (BTV), to submit a filing as part of preparations to make an initial coin offering (ICO) for the ‘DESTINY Token’ from the blockbuster ‘Destiny 2’, which is scheduled to premiere at theaters soon.
