“ขณะนี้การก่อสร้างโดยรวมของตัวอาคารแล้วเสร็จไปกว่า 60% และนอกจากนี้เรากำลังดำเนินการก่อสร้างในส่วนของพื้นที่สำนักงานตัวอย่าง (Show Unit) ขึ้น เพื่อเป็นการจำลองการตกแต่งออฟฟิศในบรรยากาศจริงไว้รองรับกลุ่มลูกค้าที่เข้ามาเยี่ยมชมโครงการ โดยคาดว่าแล้วเสร็จในช่วงเดือนธันวาคมนี้ ทั้งนี้ในส่วนของการขายพื้นที่เช่า เราได้มี ซีบีอาร์อี (CBRE) เป็นตัวแทนในการขายเช่า และมีลูกค้าให้ความสนใจติดต่อเข้ามาหลายราย ซึ่งอยู่ในกระบวนการพูดคุย” นายกรณ์ กล่าว
