“เคทีซี” หรือ บริษัท บัตรกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้ร่วมกับ สมาคมผู้สื่อข่าวเศรษฐกิจ จัดคลาสออนไลน์ปันความรู้พร้อมใช้แบบอินเตอร์แอคทีฟให้กับสื่อมวลชนสายเศรษฐกิจ ภายใต้หัวข้อ “DISC for Building Relationship” โดยมีนางสุดปรารถนา ดำรงชัยธรรม ผู้อำนวยการ -      ทรัพยากรบุคคล “เคทีซี” ให้เกียรติเป็นวิทยากรพิเศษ เพื่อให้สมาชิกสมาคมผู้สื่อข่าวเศรษฐกิจได้รู้จักตนเอง และเข้าใจผู้อื่นมากขึ้น  สามารถวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมของคนแต่ละสไตล์ได้ในเบื้องต้นเข้าใจและยอมรับความแตกต่าง เรียนรู้ซึ่งกันและกัน และปรับจูนเข้าหากันได้ดียิ่งขึ้น เพื่อสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีในการติดต่อสื่อสารต่อไป

KTC jointly with The EconMass organise the “DISC for Building Relationship” online class for association members.

Recently, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, jointly with The Economic Reporters Association, organise an interactive knowledge-sharing online class for the media in economic journalism. Led by the special lecturer, Mrs. Sudpratana Damrongchaitham, Vice President - Human Resources, “KTC”,  the topic of the session was “DISC for Building Relationship”. The event was hosted for journalists of the economic association to better understand themselves and others, gain the ability to analyze the behavior of each group of people, and adapt to each other to foster good relationships for future communication.
