บริษัท สินมั่นคงประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน) ยืนยันมีความพร้อมในการดูแลคุ้มครองลูกค้ากรมธรรม์ประกันภัยทุกประเภทได้อย่างเป็นปกติเต็มความสามารถ และได้แจ้งการคงความคุ้มครองกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนาแบบ เจอ จ่าย จบ หรือ COVID 2 in 1 แก่ลูกค้าตามเดิมจนกว่ากรมธรรม์จะหมดอายุ
นายเรืองเดช ดุษฎีสุรพจน์ ประธานกรรมการบริหาร และ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท สินมั่นคงประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวภายหลังจากที่คณะผู้บริหารของบริษัทฯ ได้เข้าร่วมประชุมกับคณะผู้บริหารของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับและส่งเสริมการประกอบธุรกิจประกันภัย (คปภ.)
เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 19 กรกฎาคมที่ผ่านมาว่า “การประชุมร่วมกับ คปภ. ได้มีการปรึกษาและวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์วิฤตโควิด-19 ที่ยังคงมีจำนวนผู้ติดเชื้อที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้นทุกวัน ทาง คปภ. และบริษัทประกันภัยต่างๆ เฝ้าติดตามสถานการณ์อย่างใกล้ชิดและจะร่วมกันหามาตรการที่จะช่วยให้ธุรกิจประกันภัยบริหารจัดการได้ดี สามารถปรับตัวในการรับมือกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่จะเกิดขึ้นในสถานการณ์ที่ไม่สามารถคาดเดาได้ เพื่อให้ธุรกิจประกันภัยเป็นที่พึ่งในการดูแลคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน และรักษาความแข็งแกร่งให้ระบบเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของประเทศ"
ในโอกาสนี้ บริษัทฯ ยังได้แจ้งต่อที่ประชุมถึงความพร้อมในการให้บริการผู้เอาประกันทุกประเภทอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และจะเร่งสร้างความเข้าใจในการดูแลผู้เอากรมธรรม์ประกันภัยการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนาแบบ เจอ จ่าย จบ หรือ COVID 2 in 1 รวมถึงให้ความเชื่อมั่นแก่ลูกค้าประกันภัยประเภทอื่นๆ เมื่ออ้างอิงจากข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมประกันวินาศภัย ซึ่งรวบรวมโดยสำนักงานอัตราเบี้ยประกันวินาศภัย อัตราส่วนความเพียงพอของเงินกองทุน (Capital Adequacy Ratio) ของบริษัท สินมั่นคงประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน ) ล่าสุด ณ 31 มีนาคม 2564 เท่ากับ 443% ซึ่งสูงกว่าอัตราที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้ที่ต้องไม่ต่ำกว่า 120%

Syn Mun Kong Insurance affirms readiness to provide efficient services to customers of all insurance types
Syn Mun Kong Insurance Public Co., Ltd. affirms that the company is ready to protect customers of all types of insurance policy offered at full capacity.
The company has notified the customers of the “COVID 2 in 1” coronavirus infection insurance policy that the insurance coverage is maintained until the policy expires.
Reungdej Dusdeesurapoj, CEO and Managing Director of Syn Mun Kong Insurance Public Co., Ltd. said that “Our management team attended a meeting with the management of the Office of Insurance Commissioner (OIC) on Monday, July 19, 2021, and discussed the assessment of the current situation of the COVID-19 crisis, in which the number of new cases of infection increasing every day.
The OIC and insurance companies have continued to closely monitor the situation and will work together to identify measures that will enable insurance industry to effectively manage business and stay resilient to cope with any changes that may occur in light of unforeseen circumstances.
The effort aims at securing the insurance business to remain well-positioned to give protection to Thai people and look after their quality of life as well as help maintain the strength of the country's economic and social system.”
On this occasion, the company also informed the meeting of its readiness to effectively serve customers in all types of insurance offered and would immediately reassure the protection of the “COVID 2 in 1” coronavirus infection insurance to all policy holders to regain trust, as well as to secure confidence among all other insurance customers.
According to report of the non-life insurance industry compiled by The Insurance Premium Rating Bureau, the latest capital adequacy ratio (CAR) of Syn Mun Kong Insurance, as of March 31, 2021, is 443%, which is higher than the supervisory CAR level of 120%.
