ธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย (EXIM BANK) แต่งตั้งนางสาวกนิษฐศรี ทองสมุยเป็นผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล ดูแลงานบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล การพัฒนาความก้าวหน้าทางอาชีพและขีดความสามารถของบุคลากรให้เป็นไปตามยุทธศาสตร์องค์กร และการส่งเสริมบรรยากาศแรงงานสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 มิถุนายน 2564 เป็นต้นไป
นางสาวกนิษฐศรีจบการศึกษาปริญญาโท รัฐประศาสนศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต คณะรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ สถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์ และปริญญาตรี รัฐศาสตรบัณฑิต คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เคยเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บุคลากรธุรกิจสัมพันธ์ ธนาคารทหารไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล ธนาคารไทยเครดิต รายย่อย จำกัด (มหาชน) และล่าสุดเป็นประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร สายงานทรัพยากรบุคคลและสนับสนุนองค์กร บริษัท เจนเนอราลี่ ประกันชีวิต (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด (มหาชน) ก่อนจะเข้าร่วมงานกับ EXIM BANK

EXIM Thailand Appoints Senior Vice President “Human Resources Department”
EXIM Thailand appointed Miss Kanitsri Tongsamui as Senior Vice President of Human Resources Department, taking effect from June 17, 2021 onwards.
Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) appointed Miss Kanitsri Tongsamui as Senior Vice President of Human Resources Department, effective from June 17, 2021 onwards, to oversee human resources management and development in accordance with the organization’s strategy and work environment to enhance employee relations and capabilities.
Miss Kanitsri holds a Master of Public Administration from National Institute of Development Administration and Bachelor of Arts from Faculty of Political Science, Thammasat University. She worked as First Vice President - HR Business Partner at Thai Military Bank Public Company Limited, and as Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources Department for Thai Credit and Retail Bank Public Company Limited. Prior to joining EXIM Thailand, Miss Kanitsri served as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Capital Officer, Human Capital and Support Division for both Generali Life Assurance and Generali Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited.
