เราได้แบ่งลูกค้าใหม่ที่เข้ามารับบริการเป็น 2 กลุ่มใหญ่ๆ คือ
- กลุ่มที่ต้องการลดขนาดของ DATA Center ให้มีขนาดลง ร่วมถึงต้องการใช้บริการด้าน Mange Service แบบครบวงจร
- กลุ่มที่ต้องการลดการลงทุนขนาดใหญ่ทางด้าน IT โดยต้องการการลงทุนเป็นแบบ OPEX รวมถึงการลดจำนวนบุคลากรในการดูแล Data Center เพื่อลดค่าใช้จ่าย

Disaster Recovery Site of MSC growth 100%
Mr. Aekachai Limprasert, Vice President of Digital Solutions Group, Metro Systems Corporation (Public) Co., Ltd. has reported that in the past 2020, The Business Continuity Services of MSC has grown 100% since the company has added a service beyond the Disaster Recovery Site. Metro Systems Corporation (Public) Co., Ltd. added services that meet the customers’ needed and suitable for the current situation by providing one-stop Hosting and Manage Service for every platform that most customers use.
We have divided the new customers into 2 main groups:
- The customers who want to reduce the size of the DATA Center with complete Mange Service.
- The customers who want to reduce large investment in IT by requiring OPEX investment and reducing the number of employees to maintain the Data Center.
