ธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย (EXIM BANK) แต่งตั้งนางสาวนงลักษณ์ ศรีวรเวียง เป็นผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายพัฒนากระบวนการและนวัตกรรม ดูแลงานปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานทางธุรกิจ สร้างนวัตกรรมในการทำงาน รวมทั้งเสริมสร้างให้ EXIM BANK เป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2563 เป็นต้นไป
นางสาวนงลักษณ์จบการศึกษาปริญญาโท วิศวกรรมศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาการจัดการอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยนิวเซาท์เวลส์ ออสเตรเลีย และปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า สถาบันเทคโนโลยีนานาชาติสิรินธร มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เคยเป็นรองผู้อำนวยการ ฝ่ายพัฒนากระบวนการธุรกิจ หน่วยงานปฏิรูปองค์กร บริษัท แมนูไลฟ์ ประกันชีวิต (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) และรองผู้อำนวยการ ฝ่ายพัฒนากระบวนการธุรกิจ หน่วยงานนวัตกรรมลูกค้า ธนาคาร ซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ก่อนจะเข้าร่วมงานกับ EXIM BANK

EXIM Thailand Appoints First Vice President of Business Process Improvement and Innovation Development Department
EXIM Thailand appointed Miss Nongluck Sriworawiang as First Vice President of Business Process Improvement and Innovation Development Department, taking effect from December 1, 2020 onwards.
Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) appointed Miss Nongluck Sriworawiang as First Vice President of Business Process Improvement and Innovation Development Department, effective from December 1, 2020 onwards, to oversee the Bank’s business process improvement, innovative working approaches as well as promoting knowledge management across the organization.
Miss Nongluck holds a Master of Engineering, major in Industrial Management from University of New South Wales, Australia and Bachelor of Engineering, major in Electrical Engineering, from Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Thammasat University. Prior to joining EXIM Thailand, she worked as Vice President of Business Process Development (Transformation Management Unit), Manulife Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited and Vice President of Business Process Development (Innovations for Customer Unit), CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited.
