นายปณต สิริวัฒนภักดี ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร (Group CEO) กลุ่มบริษัท เฟรเซอร์ส พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ ลิมิเต็ด หรือ “FPL” ประกาศแต่งตั้ง นายธนพล ศิริธนชัย ขึ้นดำรงตำแหน่งประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร (Country CEO) บริษัท เฟรเซอร์ส พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ “FPT” มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 สิงหาคม 2563 และตำแหน่ง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร กลุ่มธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์เพื่อพาณิชยกรรมหรือ “เฟรเซอร์ส พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ คอมเมอร์เชียล” โดยจะเริ่มมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2563

นายแสนผิน สุขี ดำรงตำแหน่ง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร กลุ่มธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์เพื่อที่อยู่อาศัย บริษัท เฟรเซอร์ส พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ “เฟรเซอร์ส พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ โฮม” โดยจะมีบทบาทสำคัญในการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ เพื่อสร้างการเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง และเป็นผู้นำในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์เพื่อที่อยู่อาศัยทั้งแนวราบ และแนวสูง โดยนำนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ มาปรับใช้เพื่อตอบโจทย์ลูกค้าได้อย่างครบครัน และมุ่งเน้นการสร้างคุณภาพชีวิตให้ผู้อยู่อาศัยได้อย่างสูงสุด
แต่งตั้ง นายโสภณ ราชรักษา ดำรงตำแหน่ง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร กลุ่มธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์เพื่ออุตสาหกรรม บริษัท เฟรเซอร์ส พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ “เฟรเซอร์ส พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ อินดัสเทรียล” เพื่อสร้างการเติบโตและรักษาสถานะผู้นำด้านการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์เพื่ออุตสาหกรรมยุคใหม่ และอาคารประเภทสร้างตามความต้องการ หรือ Built-to-Suit ที่เน้นการส่งมอบโซลูชั่นเพื่อตอบโจทย์ทุกความต้องการที่หลากหลายของลูกค้าแต่ละราย

และ นายศุภรัฒศ์ ศิวะเพ็ชรานาถ สิงหรา ณ อยุธยา ดำรงตำแหน่ง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารด้านเทคโนโลยีและดิจิทัล บริษัท เฟรเซอร์ส พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) จะรับหน้าที่ในการบริหารงานด้านเทคโนโลยีและดิจิทัล พร้อมกำหนดกลยุทธ์ที่สอดคล้องกับการปรับเปลี่ยนของเทรนด์ในปัจจุบัน

Frasers Property Thailand announces new executive leadership team
for Thailand’s first fully integrated real estate platform
Frasers Property Thailand’s residential, industrial and commercial property portfolio will be led by an executive leadership team of five industry veterans with proven track record
New structure and leadership team effective 1 October 2020
Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited or “FPT”, today announced the new organization structure and the appointment of the new executive leadership team, which will help lead Thailand’s first fully integrated real estate platform with a diversified portfolio spanning residential, industrial and commercial properties. The new structure will help create a financially stronger industry leader in real estate, while enabling FPT to balance its business interests, develop new revenue streams and resilience in a challenging business environment. The structure and executive appointments will be effective 1 October 2020.
Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Limited, had earlier announced the appointment of Thanapol Sirithanachai as Country Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Frasers Property Thailand, which was effective 17 August 2020. In addition, Mr. Thanapol is named as Chief Executive Officer – Commercial Property Business or “Frasers Property Commercial”, effective 1 October 2020.
“Frasers Property Thailand will have a key role in achieving sustainable growth for the Group which develops, owns and manages a diverse, integrated portfolio of properties. The new organizational structure and executive team will help position the new Frasers Property Thailand to help navigate market challenges and better serve our customers, while tapping on the Group’s multinational network,” said Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer, Frasers Property Limited. “I look forward to working with some of the most talented and experienced leaders in our industry. I have shaped this leadership team with a view to work as one team to support the Group’s priorities and foster a common culture built on a powerful foundation of unmatched competitive advantage, trust and teamwork, ready to begin a new chapter to achieve further successes.”

Under this new structure, the executive leadership team will include the following four appointments that will support Mr. Thanapol Sirithanachai, effective 1 October 2020:
Mr. Saenphin Sukhee will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer – Residential Property Business, Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited or “Frasers Property Home”. He will play an important role in setting the Company's strategies in order to encourage continual growth in order that the Company will be a market leader in both the low rise and high rise Residential Property sector. His plan is to introduce new innovations and adjust them in order to satisfy the various demands of the customers with the main focus on creating a high value quality of life for the residents.
Mr. Sopon Racharaksa will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer – Industrial Property Business, Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited or “Frasers Property Industrial”. He will be responsible for growing and maintaining the company’s strong position as a leader in the development of industrial properties as well as the development of Built-to-Suit industrial properties with a focus on delivering solutions to meet the various needs of each customer.
Mr. Somboon Wasinchutchawal will be appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited. He will be responsible for overseeing financial management and strategy.
Mr. Supparat Sivapetchranat Singhara Na Ayutthaya will be appointed as Chief Digital Officer of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited. He will be responsible for technological and digital management while determining strategy relevant to changing trends.
