นายวิสิทธิ์ พึ่งพรสวรรค์ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย ออโต้ จำกัด (CIMB THAI AUTO) ผู้ให้บริการสินเชื่อรถยนต์ ในกลุ่มธนาคาร ซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย ตอบรับนโยบายธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (ธปท.) ประกาศยกเลิกค่าติดตามทวงถามหนี้ ช่วยลดภาระให้ประชาชนและเพิ่มความเป็นธรรมให้ลูกค้า ซึ่งทางบริษัทเองนั้น มีทีมด้านบริหารติดตามหนี้ วิเคราะห์และปรับกลยุทธ์ เพื่อให้เกิดความเป็นธรรมและเหมาะสมกับผู้บริโภคอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
“ตามที่ ธปท. ออกนโยบายให้สถาบันการเงินปรับปรุงการคิดดอกเบี้ยและการเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียม เพื่อลดภาระของประชาชนนั้น อาทิ ค่าปรับการไถ่ถอนสินเชื่อก่อนกำหนด ให้คิดค่าปรับจากเงินต้นคงเหลือ จากเดิมคิดจากเงินต้นทั้งก้อน หรือเรื่องดอกเบี้ยผิดนัดชำระหนี้ ให้คิดดอกเบี้ยจากเงินต้นงวดที่ผิดนัดชำระ จากเดิมคิดจากเงินต้นคงเหลือทั้งหมด เพื่อให้เกิดความเป็นธรรมแก่ผู้บริโภคอย่างเหมาะสมนั้น การที่ ธปท.ลงมาดูแลผู้บริโภคมากขึ้น นับเป็นเรื่องที่ดี ซึ่ง CIMB THAI AUTO พร้อมให้ความร่วมมือ เราถือว่าการยกเลิกค่าติดตามทวงถามหนี้ครั้งนี้ เป็นการมอบของขวัญเพิ่มเติมให้กับลูกค้าของบริษัทอีกด้วย” นายวิสิทธิ์ กล่าว
ทั้งนี้ เดิมทีบริษัท ซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย ออโต้เรียกเก็บค่าติดตามทวงหนี้โดยขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนงวดที่ค้างชำระ เริ่มต้นที่ 1,000 บาท และสูงสุดไม่เกิน 15,000 บาท ซึ่งประกาศยกเลิกค่าติดตามทวงถามหนี้ มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 13 ม.ค. 2563 เป็นต้นไป สอบถามเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ โทร. 02 684 6500
