KBank Housing Loan for Karnkanok Property Clients: THB1,000-installment per THB1 million
Mr. Alongkot Boonmasuk (left), KBank Senior Vice President, Housing Loan Alliance and Promotion Management Department, and Mr. Kanoksak Chieosilapatham (right), CEO of Karnkanok Property Company Limited, jointly unveiled “Celebrate Everyday Happiness with K-Home Loan”, a special housing loan campaign for customers submitting loan applications for any project of Karnkanok Property from today until March 31, with mortgage registrations by April 12, 2018. The customers will be entitled to 1-percent interest rate and a monthly installment of THB1,000 per THB1 million loan in the first payment year or a choice of any of six special interest rate plans. The borrowers will also receive discounts up to THB20,000 for purchasing furniture and mattress at any branch of Index Living Mall and a 15-percent discount for home appliances at PowerOne, according to KBank and the stores’ terms and conditions.
