EXIM BANK แต่งตั้งนายยุทธพงศ์ มีแก้ว เป็นผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านการค้า นางฉัตรทิพย์ วีราสา เป็นผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิเคราะห์และปฏิบัติการรับประกัน นางกณิกนันต์ ระมิงค์วงศ์ เป็นผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม 3 และนายสัณฐิติ์ ผลภาษี เป็นผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิจัยธุรกิจ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2564 เป็นต้นไป

ธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย (EXIM BANK) แต่งตั้งนายยุทธพงศ์ มีแก้ว เป็นผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านการค้า (EXIM Excellence Academy : EXAC) ดูแลงานด้านการบูรณาการความสัมพันธ์กับหน่วยงานภายนอก เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการ การจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อการส่งเสริมความรู้ การให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำแก่ผู้ส่งออกและผู้ที่สนใจเริ่มต้นธุรกิจส่งออก บ่มเพาะและยกระดับผู้ประกอบการไทยสู่มาตรฐานสากล ตลอดจนดำเนินการกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาด พร้อมทั้งแต่งตั้งนางฉัตรทิพย์ วีราสา เป็นผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิเคราะห์และปฏิบัติการรับประกัน ดูแลงานวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงผู้ซื้อ ธนาคารผู้ซื้อในต่างประเทศ เพื่อกำหนดวงเงินรับประกัน และเงื่อนไขการใช้วงเงินที่เหมาะสม รวมถึงงานด้านสินไหมทดแทน การติดตามหนี้คืน รวมทั้งงานด้านความร่วมมือกับองค์กรรับประกันต่อ และองค์กรระหว่างประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานด้านประกันการส่งออก นางกณิกนันต์ ระมิงค์วงศ์ เป็นผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม 3 ดูแลงานสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการขนาดกลางและรายใหญ่ด้านการส่งออกและการลงทุนทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ การสร้างเครือข่ายของผู้ประกอบการ รวมทั้งนำเสนอบริการแบบครบวงจรเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า และนายสัณฐิติ์ ผลภาษี เป็นผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิจัยธุรกิจ ดูแลงานวิจัยทั้งด้านเศรษฐกิจ ธุรกิจ และกลุ่มประเทศ เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการกำหนดทิศทางของธนาคาร รวมทั้งเป็นข้อมูลสำหรับผู้บริหารธนาคาร ตลอดจนนำเสนองานวิจัยเพื่อสนับสนุนงานด้านสินเชื่อและการตลาดเพื่อสามารถให้บริการได้อย่างครบวงจร ทั้งนี้ มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2564 เป็นต้นไป

นายยุทธพงศ์ จบการศึกษาปริญญาโท วิทยาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์ และปริญญาตรี วิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์เกษตร จากมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ เข้าร่วมงานกับ EXIM BANK ตั้งแต่ปี 2548 เคยดำรงตำแหน่งรองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายกลยุทธ์องค์กร และรองผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านการค้า ในปี 2561 และ 2562 ตามลำดับ

นางฉัตรทิพย์ จบการศึกษาปริญญาโท บริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิต จากสถาบันเทคโนโลยีแห่งเอเชีย และปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต จากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เข้าร่วมงานกับ EXIM BANK ตั้งแต่ปี 2540 เคยดำรงตำแหน่งรองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายรับประกันการส่งออก และรองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายส่งเสริมการรับประกันการส่งออกและการลงทุน ในปี 2557 และ 2561 ตามลำดับ

นางกณิกนันต์ จบการศึกษาปริญญาโท ศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์และการเงินระหว่างประเทศ และปริญญาตรี เศรษฐศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์ระหว่างประเทศ จากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เข้าร่วมงานกับ EXIM BANK ตั้งแต่ปี 2544 เคยดำรงตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายโครงการระหว่างประเทศ และรองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม 3 ในปี 2559 และ 2562 ตามลำดับ

นายสัณฐิติ์ จบการศึกษาปริญญาโท เศรษฐศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจ จากสถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์ และปริญญาตรี วิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์ จากมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ เข้าร่วมงานกับ EXIM BANK ตั้งแต่ปี 2537 เคยดำรงตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ และรองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิจัยธุรกิจ ในปี 2551 และ 2554 ตามลำดับ

EXIM Thailand Appoints First Vice Presidents of EXIM Excellence Academy, Insurance Underwriting and Operation Department, Corporate Business Department 3 and Business Research Department 

EXIM Thailand announced the appointments of Mr. Yuttapong Meekaew as First Vice President of EXIM Excellence Academy; Mrs. Chattip Virasa, First Vice President of Insurance Underwriting and Operation Department; Mrs. Kaniknun Ramingwong as First Vice President of Corporate Business Department 3; and Mr. Santi Pholpasee as First Vice President of Business Research Department, effective from June 1, 2021 onwards. 

Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) has appointed Mr. Yuttapong Meekaew as First Vice President of EXIM Excellence Academy (EXAC) to oversee integration of relationship with external entities to support development of entrepreneurs, holding of knowledge enhancement activities, provision of consultancy to exporters and parties interested in export start-up, incubation and upgrading of Thai entrepreneurs toward international standards, and arrangement of marketing activities. The Bank has also appointed Mrs. Chattip Virasa as First Vice President of Insurance Underwriting and Operation Department to supervise analysis of buyers and buyer banks overseas to set appropriate insurance lines and usage conditions, claims operation, debt collection and recovery, and partnership with reinsurance companies, as well as international organizations relating to export insurance facilities; Mrs. Kaniknun Ramingwong as First Vice President of Corporate Business Department 3 to oversee support for medium- and large-sized entrepreneurs relating to export and investment both domestically and abroad, networking of entrepreneurs, and offering of full-fledged facilities to respond to clients’ demand; and Mr. Santi Pholpasee as First Vice President of Business Research Department to supervise production of research works on business sectors, economy and countries for use to support the Bank’s formulation of business direction and framework and executives’ decision-making, as well as to support loan underwriting and marketing activities to ensure fully-integrated service provision. The appointments shall take effect from June 1, 2021 onwards.   

Mr. Yuttapong holds a Master of Science, major in Economics, and a Bachelor of Science, major in Agricultural Economics, from Kasetsart University. Joining EXIM Thailand since 2005, he was Vice President of Corporate Strategy Department in 2018 and Vice President of EXIM Excellence Academy in 2019.

Mrs. Chattip holds a Master of Business Administration, major in International Business, from Asian Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, major in Business Management, from Chulalongkorn University. Working for EXIM Thailand since 1997, she assumed the positions of Vice President of Export Credit Insurance Department and Vice President of Insurance Business Promotion Department in 2014 and 2018 respectively.

Mrs. Kaniknun holds a Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance, and a Bachelor of Economics, major in International Economics, from Chulalongkorn University. Working for EXIM Thailand since 2001, she was Assistant Vice President of International Project Department in 2016 and Vice President of Corporate Business Department 3 in 2019.

Mr. Santi holds a Master’s Degree from School of Development Economics, major in Monetary Economics, National Institute of Development Administration, and a Bachelor of Science, major in Economics, from Kasetsart University. Joining EXIM Thailand since 1994, he was Assistant Vice President of Economic Department in 2008 and Vice President of Business Research Department in 2011.
